2015.11.28 Hebe Performs at Macau Studio City
Hebe took the stage at Macau’s latest resort offering, Studio City, as the finale singer for the last show of the ‘Taiwan Music’ concert series produced by renowned music producer Chen Cheng Chuang. Also sharing the stage for the night were fellow company artistes Yoga Lin and Janice Yan.
Prior to the show, Hebe was interviewed for her thoughts on being selected as the special few to be performing at Studio City Event Center. Hebe shared, “Along with all my fellow artistes, I am thrilled that we have the opportunity to touch the heart and soul of all music lovers in Macau, at the brand-new resort Studio City. It is such a privilege to be one of the first performers in the Studio City Event Center – I hope our fans are excited as we are!”
Fans were treated to a muscial feast as Janice and Yoga took the stage with their powerful vocals and soulful voice respectively, before Hebe came on for the finale, belting out in her smooth tones the hot favourites of I’m Fine Alone, Love, Don’t Think I’ll Love You and of course the latest hit – Simple Happiness.

Hebe picked up a bottle and asked if it Yoga or Janice drank it, before getting a new bottle. Fans asked if Hebe will sing 小幸運 Simple Happiness, to which Hebe playfully quipped, “who sings that right at the start?!” and then told everyone that they are definitely very lucky tonight as she heard Yoga’s and Janice’s great performance earlier on. She then asked if the audio sounds good in the venue, as it was her first time performing in the space (since it is newly opened).
Hebe was at a loss of words for this part, so she actually started singing 要說什麽 (What Should I Say). She then shared about her short little tour around Studio City and that she had tried a go at the Batman 4D ride. She wanted to avoid screaming before her performance, but she could not control her fears and so, well you would have guessed the rest.
There was a fan who shouted 熱帶雨林 Tropical Rainforest when she mentioned she was bringing on the last song which is also her personal favourite. She questioned if she heard it wrong and said that is from S.H.E, not her (as Tien). She promised to bring the other two along the next time, since everyone misses them so much.
