2015.04.01 Hebe Grilled By Reporters on Sexuality on Birthday
Reporters were waiting outside Hebe’s birthday party location and caught not just her, but also Selina and Ella. In the video, Selina is obviously drunk, Ella is clearly sober while Hebe was flushing red from the drinks she downed. Hebe gets questioned on celebrating her birthday at a venue which was supposedly closed for business on 30th March. To which she answered it was a negotiation and they agreed to proceed with the deal, there was no coercion and they paid their dues. At the end, the reporters asked if she was dating, where she throws the question back and asked what they thought, thanking them when they said they were hoping she has someone. The last question is where they pressed on Hebe’s sexuality, a common and frequent question thrown at her. She cleverly quipped, “the point is, in this world today at 2015, is loving a guy or loving a girl an important point?”. Even the reporter was stumped and could not help praising her high EQ.

Along with Hebe’s birthday celebration, HIM ha also announced the return of IF concert tour to Taiwan, this time to be held in Kaohsiung, on 19th September. Ticket sales will begin in May, more details to be released on a later date. An official digital version of 十萬嬉皮 (A Thousand Hippies) will also be released digitally via the various online platforms. Hebe felt that this song is most apt in describing her darker, pessimistic side when she is off-stage.
