2014.08.06 S.H.E Endorses SH150 for Taiwan Sports Administration
S.H.E has been officially appointed as the spokesperson for Taiwan’s 2014 nationwide sports campaign for all students by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, Sports Administration department and John Tung Foundation. Titled “SH150”, the sports campaign aims to encourage students to have 150 minutes of exercise outside the sports education lessons already incorporated in school curriculum. S stands for Sports while H means Health.
Selina shared on how she grew to love sports only after the accident, having completed a 10km marathon through sheer determination and hard work. Ella laughed when Selina said the thoughts that ran through her mind during the run was, “Everyone’s watching me, I’m a celebrity, I must finish the race!” Selina however, explained that it was her way of setting a realistic goal for herself. Still, she intends to train up further and hopefully be able to participate in a triathlon in the future. She currently plays badminton with her husband weekly and occasionally cycles with her dad. As for Ella, she reports to the gym thrice a week to tone up and maintain her body fat content at 18%. And Hebe? “I’m not a sports person,” despite this, she too exercises 2 to 3 times a week to de-stress and to ensure she stays in shape.
During the filming of the commercial, Selina and Ella’s dogs were present and constantly ran about the studio. S.H.E joked, “even our dogs love exercising too!”
