2014.05.05 Hebe in Sydney Concert
Here comes the update for Hebe’s joint concert with Yoga in their second and final stop – Sydney!
Held at Hordern Pavilion, she wore a different outfit from Melbourne, this time in a white long sleeved shirt with a red long skirt.
Have a watch at partial videos below (8 songs and 3 talking clips), will update again if complete or more videos surfaces.
Review
Once again, The AU Review attended the Sydney show and has done a review on it. Kind of short and missing most points for Hebe’s vocal performance (which I usually tend to look forth to), but there were plenty on Yoga’s. Still, it was a positive one and you can read it here.

1. The AU Review – Snippet of 愛著愛這就永遠 (Love On and It’s Forever)
2. To Hebe
3. 寂寞寂寞就好 (I’m Fine Alone)
4. Come Together
Her English pronunciation improved so much in this song I’m impressed! And it’s slightly different from the last time round she sang it during her solo concert tours.
5. 愛著愛著就永遠 (Love On and It’s Forever)
Did you catch her singing the wrong lyrics? =X
6. 不醉不會 (Not Drunk)
7. 矛盾 (Contradiction)
8. 你快樂未必我快樂 (Your Happiness Doesn’t Equate to Mine)
THIS, has to be my personal favourite from her performance this time round.
Not that I personally like this song the most off the album, but because of how she has handled this song so differently at this concert! Not sure if it was a similar style in Melbourne (haven’t caught sight of a proper clip).
9. 你就不要想起我 (Don’t You Think of Me)
10. Talking 1
Hebe thanks the audience present and all the music surrounding them, because of music, she is reminded of her role as a singer. Because she has been eating non-stop the past few days, all the way from Melbourne to Sydney, so much that she thought she’s a pig, pigging it all out in Australia. She jokes of having managed herself as a pig all this while. Proving her point, she confesses she had about 20-30 fresh oysters.
11. Talking 2
Asking if audiences knew how many albums she has released and glad to have an opportunity to share her music in Australia, Hebe mentions about having bumped into a fan on the street the day before. The fan, who was from Singapore, asked for an autograph, to which Hebe agreed and thought the fan was studying in Sydney. She later found out the fan specially flew in just to catch the concert. So she asks if there were overseas audiences present and this led to the question: Do you miss home?
Hebe shares on her experience of having left her parents and family at a young age of 17, that she often misses home. So she tries her best to communicate and express her love for her parents through any means possible, be it through messages or phone calls. She hopes everyone can wish their mums a happy Mother’s Day the coming weekend (2nd week of May).
12. Talking 3
Hebe asked if it was true that employees are more fortunate than the bosses because they can leave as they wish once it is the knock off timing. Audiences said no, to which she joked, if all of those present were actually bosses. She then asks if there is school the next day and when the reply was yes, Hebe said, we should end this soon.
